  I was very disappointed to learn an outdoor setting for which I paid $999 was bought by my neighbour from the Hobart store for $899 and $5 less delivery (from the same warehouse)! Might shop in Hobart in future.

  Ashley Hutchinson was referred to me by a friend, so I called him and he went above and beyond his call of duty for me. I had to move the timeframe as to when the goods were required and rather than me receiving the goods in 2 weeks as I initially indicated I needed them in a few days due to clients requiring the monitors I had just brought.

  We organised a pick and collect. Because they couldn't find our order we were upgraded to the next product at no extra cost. Saving us over $100. Great customer service!

  Ryan in the computer printer/scanner section was fantastic - honest , knowledgable and just what I needed - great on printers best for photos , colour, script , economy and moneysaving ...I had no idea there was such a balancing act - GREAT service - now I feel equipped to make a decision.
