  Beautiful setting. Asked to sit near window at empty table that needed new service set up. I said I would wait no response, could not accommodate simple customer request. Will not return. Owners have invested $$$$ in what looks like a nice facility. Too bad staff does not know the first thing about customer service!!

  Not sure what this place wants to be: a winery, a hotel, a restaurant, a place for high tea? They're not doing very well in the winery department as they were busy setting up the restaurant when we arrived to do wine tasting and were told it would be a 20-minute wait. The wine tasting area had a bizarrely formal dining table set up there. It was all too strange so we left without tasting. I don't think we missed anything as they don't seem focused on their wine.

  Loved our stay. Beautiful views and self contained cottages. We will be going back. In saying that some of the decor and finishes are a little worn and could use replacing however we found that for the price, location and views we could look past this.

  Very disappointing with the etiquette of staff, need a lot more training and handling of equipment. Not wanting to rush back there. No recommendation from me.

  Terrible experience! Sat at the table for over 20 minutes without being approached. Very, very slow service and an incredibly snobby attitude. Spend your money and time elsewhere. Tasmania has a lot more to offer than this beautifully dressed up dump!
