  After a dismaying service at Bargain car rentals, budget was a breath of fresh air. Not only was the service impeccable I was also provided a free upgrade. Thank you for making our trip to Hobart memorable.

  Horrible customer experience. Staff member was the worst I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Seemed to take enjoyment inconveniencing any customers she dealt with. Once I had the car everything was fine but wont be using budget again.

  Pay a bond plus the rental fee upfront, return vehicle after use. Pay rental fee again and do not see return of bond for 7- 10 working days!!! Pay twice before you even see your bond back, criminal and ruins peoples holidays.

  My friend rented a car and just returned it. Budget claimed the grill was smashed in and there is NO WAY we did it. We washed the car and would have noticed the damage. They are claiming she is lying because she signed the form saying there was no damage but she would only have checked the more obvious things. They are now charging her $650 for something she did not do.
