  I have had an unpleasant experience today hobart. this company is not at all transparent. since the beginning has appeared discomfort.The company does not have a working point at the airport being forced to use a minibus to go to the indicated spot to raise the car to a few km. Since I arrived I had the trouble to stay in a queue of a few people, about 5 families, because there was only one operator. When booking the car on the site, I received a price without being informed about other hidden costs. beside the cost indicated in the online application at the office near Hobart, I found out that I need to make a deposit of $ 1000 that will be unblocked in almost 30 days. Your company needs a loan from me? Also, I could pay $ 16 per day, related insurance.Why does this information not appear on the site when I rent the car and you have to force me to pay it abusively? I could not relinquish the poor quality services offered by East Cost Rental for that I would have lost the value already paid with the card. would be preferable to work with a serious company that displays the price on the site. will complain to the authorities. not like so.rusine! I was injured by $ 80: 5days X 16 dollars. I want to recover my extra and abusive money for this company.

  Excellent service, I booked the car when i landed, they picked me up from airport in 5 minutes, while doing paperwork lady at the counter asked me to have insurance because of not good weather and might know what could happen, it cost me $16 and when i was on my way back to return the car couple of hours before my flight, i had an accident. i called them they helped me with everything and luckily i got on flight to. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND EAST Coast to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much staff at Hobart.

  Friendly staff. Shuttle to office was quick and cheerful and informative driver. Staff explained insurance and gave options. Glad I took their cover. Someone rear ended me and my excess was reduced. Very helpful.
