  Great vehicle for our 11day trip around Tassie. We did 1400kms without an issue. Staff were friendly, welcoming and educating re: correct vehicle use. Definately use again on our next visit.

  We rented a Star RV from Brisbane and travelled for two weeks along the north coast of NSW... it was really fun... the RV was almost new and everything worked although I would have liked more videos explaining how stuff worked.. you are too excited to concentrate when the guy is giving you the rundown...! The touch lights were really great but it took a whole day to work out how to turn them off.. beginners foibles!

  We did not get the van we booked, there was no awning, no camping table, broken glove box, both windows in the van had gap filler applied on the outside, this did not prevent water coming into the van when it rained.

  We were not told, that there was a weight limit for my daughter for the third bed. There was no mention of this, in any correspondence that we received, we all had to sleep together in an area that was for only 2 persons. Not all of the equipment that was ordered, was supplied. When these issue's were raised at the end, there response was: "as you booked with an agent that represents us, it is not our problem, you need to take it up with them". No repsonsibilty or taking ownwership of the complaint. We are looking forward to our next camping holiday, but it WILL NOT be with this company!

  Everywhere we went people seemed impressed by the Van.. we felt very comfortable and self contained... would love to do it again some time.

  They were so kind, nice and helpful. I had a pre-booking with another company but I changed to Apolo because of this branch.
