  Im not sure what that one reviewer was on about? Must have got his stores mixed up...... I found the customer service exceptional and genuine need to address my needs fantastic. Didn't try to just sell me the most expensive stuff, wanted to work within my budget to purchase the best thing I could with the money a had - a nice change feeling I was working together with a salesperson rather then against. The equipment I got is fantastic and as solid and versatile as they said. Recommend to anyone looking for fitness equipment and gyms equipment
